1. Nature of Services

DizzoLogic offers psychospiritual therapy and reflective support services focused on emotional integration, inner awareness, and personal clarity.

These services:

  • Are non-medical and non-diagnostic

  • Do not replace medical, psychiatric, or emergency care

  • Are intended to complement, not substitute, professional healthcare

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please seek immediate professional assistance.


2. Eligibility

By booking or engaging with DizzoLogic, you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years or older

  • You are engaging voluntarily and with personal responsibility

  • You understand the nature and scope of the services offered


3. Booking & Payment

  • Sessions must be booked in advance

  • Payment is required before the session to confirm your booking

  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated during booking

Once payment is received, your session time is reserved specifically for you.


4. Pricing

  • Introductory one-on-one session: KES 1,500 (60 minutes)

  • Structured programs and couple sessions are priced separately

All prices are communicated clearly before booking.
There are no hidden charges.


5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being considered used

  • Payments are generally non-refundable once a session is confirmed

6. Confidentiality

All sessions and communications are treated with confidentiality and care.

However, confidentiality may be limited if:

  • Disclosure is required by law

  • There is risk of serious harm to yourself or others

Outside of these circumstances, your information is kept private.


7. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • Healing and personal growth are individual processes

  • Results cannot be guaranteed

  • You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and well-being

DizzoLogic provides guidance and support, not directives or control.

You agree to use respectful and appropriate communication.
Abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
